Tidelight Ltd Meta Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This prize draw is organised and promoted by Tidelight Ltd, Cornwall, United Kingdom. References to “the Promoter” mean Tidelight Ltd.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
• 2.2 Employees of Tidelight Ltd, their immediate family members, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
• 2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

3. Promotional Period

• 3.1 The prize draw opens at 00:01 GMT on 1 March 2026.
• 3.2 The prize draw closes at 23:59 GMT on 31 March 2026.
• 3.3 Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

• 4.1 To enter, participants must complete the steps stated in the relevant promotional post on Facebook or Instagram during the promotional period.
• 4.2 Only one entry per person is permitted.
• 4.3 Entries submitted via multiple accounts, automated methods, bots or third parties will be disqualified.
• 4.4 No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. The Prize

• 5.1 The prize consists of one Tide.lamp.
• 5.2 The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• 5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection

• 6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
• 6.2 The draw will take place within 5 working days of 31 March 2026.
• 6.3 The Promoter will retain evidence of the random selection process.

7. Winner Notification

• 7.1 The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter within 5 working days of the draw.
• 7.2 If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Delivery

• 8.1 The prize will be delivered to a valid UK address supplied by the winner.
• 8.2 Delivery will be arranged within 30 days of the winner confirming their delivery details.
• 8.3 The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect address details provided by the winner.

9. Publicity

• 9.1 In accordance with the UK Code of Non Broadcast Advertising and Direct and Promotional Marketing, the Promoter will either publish or make available information indicating that a valid award took place.
• 9.2 The surname and county of the winner will be available upon request for one month after the closing date.
• 9.3 The winner may object to the disclosure of their surname and county. In such circumstances, the Promoter will provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

10. Data Protection

• 10.1 Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed for the purpose of administering the prize draw and delivering the prize.
• 10.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
• 10.3 Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

11. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent or unfair conduct.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidelight Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by negligence or fraud.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Tidelight Ltd and not to Meta.

14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
